For this multi-phase project in Hillwood, we renovated various rooms such as the living room, foyer, dining room, bar, kitchen, primary suite, and home gym.

Situated on the hillside, this residence offers extensive views of West Nashville, prompting our clients to install more energy-efficient windows. We also enhanced the functionality of the existing fireplaces. Our in-house design team created an elegant wet bar in the den, featuring a Sub-Zero wine storage refrigerator.

The basement was fully remodeled to transform it into a home gym, including the comprehensive renovation of a full bathroom.

Our remodeling experience with Merrill Construction Group was fantastic. Merrill Construction Group had done a fireplace and a kitchen redo for my neighbor, who was very happy with the job. I felt Mr. Merrill was neat and professional, always took and returned my calls on time and had some good ideas for my fireplace so I accepted his bid to perform the job. It is beautiful and took less than a week start to finish.
